Delete your account
This cannot be undone. Your profile, posts, listings, prompts, direct messages, AI conversations, uploaded files and saved addresses are removed.
Your account stops working immediately. Everything is permanently erased within 30 days. Records we are required to keep by law — order and payment history for tax and accounting — are kept and disconnected from you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you have an active subscription it is cancelled. Credits you have not spent are not refundable.
1. Confirm it is you
Enter the email address on the account. We will send a 6-digit code to it.
2. Enter the code
If an account exists for , a 6-digit code is on its way. It expires in 10 minutes.
Your account is deleted
It no longer works, and everything associated with it is permanently erased within 30 days. We have emailed you a confirmation.
Changed your mind? Reply to that email within 30 days and we will stop the deletion. After that there is nothing left to restore.
Prefer to do it in the app?
Open Idea Maker AI and go to Settings › Delete account. It is the same process and the same 30 days.
